Rape it's not just a problem for India . It's a problem for the whole world . The victims of rape never get justice easily for our faults in constitution . Let us see some information about rape .
Rape is particularly some sexual and physical activities , intercourses or other forms of sexual penetrations occurred against a person with out the person's consent .

Effects of Rape
First of all it is a forceful physical activity which naturally occurs extreme level of pain .
Not just physical pain , rape or sexual assault occurs a serious stage of trauma ( a mental condition / pressure ) . It can stay for a short term or a long one . In other hand our society maximum people would say that it's the fault of victims not the rapist's , cause the victims wear so called sexually attractive clothes that's why rape occurs . The so called intelligent and illiterate people would give you a hundred faults of victims for being raped . But just ask then what was the fault of a 8 months old baby ? Is she owned a very sexually attractive body for uncontrollable sexual desire ? Or what ?

The rate of rape incidents recorded in every 100000 is 6.3 . While Sikkim and Delhi have the most numbers as 30.3 and 22.5 per 100000. And then in Tamil Nadu the number is less than one . The most secured one .
Although India is on number 4th for the highest number of rapes .
