According to a report by PRS above 75% of  MPs in parliament have graduate degrees and over 10% are matriculates. And they make some really hilarious statements that these statements can even use bollywood movies .

According to a report by ADR a number of 1580 MPs and MLAs or approximately 33% of legislators in India's parliament and state assembly have criminal cases pending them. Some of their charges are minor but over 20% of the new MPs have serious charges like attempt murder , rape , assaulting public officials and theft .
